Areas of application

The app is suitable for a wide range of applications.

For example, when monitoring a flat roof, you can use corresponding detection areas to detect people and exclude other objects, such as birds, which avoids false alarms. Or think of monitoring the direction of travel in one-way streets. The app can do that, too, even if bicycles are allowed in the opposite direction.

The integrated high-speed PTZ camera enables panning and tilting with up to 21x zoom to capture all details precisely. The 2MP motorized PTZ unit, which is protected by a dome, achieves a pan/tilt speed of up to 500 degrees per second. In addition to manual operation, AI-based automatic PTZ control for object tracking in real-time is also possible. Do you know what TR stands for?

“TR” stands for thermal radiometry.
This means that, in addition to carrying out the existing MOBOTIX thermal camera functions, these cameras feature a calibrated thermal image sensor that enables them to measure thermal radiation across the entire image area, even down to individual pixels.
